Medicines must be stored in proper environmental conditions to be safe and effective, we can find three different temperature ranges:

Ambient Temperature Storage: some drugs needs to stored on controlled ambient conditions in range of 20 ~ 25°C.

Refrigerator Storage: Usually temperature range 2 ~ 8°C are used for this type of drugs.

Freezing Temperature: Depending on type of medicines can start from  -25°C or even lower.

Monitoring temperature independently of the freezer’s own internal temperature measuring system, provides a reliable solution to assure the temperature is always within a appropriate range. Many freezers have ports that allow a temperature probe to be installed inside without drilling holes.
